For Producers
A three-minute self-assessment of how your prospecting actually goes, not how you would like it to.
Most producers know what prospecting requires. Fewer do it consistently, and the reason is rarely a lack of knowledge or effort.
Keith Luscher calls that stubborn gap between knowing and doing the Execution Enigma. It shows up in four places: whether you know who you are for and whom to contact this week, whether prospecting has a protected place in your week, whether intention turns into steady action, and whether anyone else knows what you have committed to.
This self-assessment asks you to rate twelve plain statements about how your prospecting goes in an ordinary week. There are no right answers and no grade. At the end you will see where the gap is showing up most for you, and where more structure could help.
The more candid you are, the more useful the result.
This is a tool for reflection. It is not a scientific instrument, and it does not predict results.
Your answers are used to prepare your result and to follow up with you about it. They are not shared with anyone else, including your producers.
